American actor David Boreanaz has been sued by the struggling actor for sexually harassed her during the filming of the television series "Bones."

Kristina Hagan claims that David tried to kiss her and touch her breasts while she was taking a ride with him.he was also sending her sexually inappropriate text messages during the filming of "Bones". Kristina Hagan worked as an extra in an episode of crime drama, in August 2009.

ITC June Quarter Net Profit Up 21.8 Pc To Rs 1,070 Crore

ITC diversified group on Thursday posted a 21.8 percent jump in net profit to the 1070.3 crore for the quarter ended on 30 June 2010, given the strong growth in agriculture and commodities sectors.

The company had a net profit of 878.70 crore during the quarter ended on 30 Fri June 2009, ITC said in a statement.

During the quarter the company's net income increased 15 per cent of the sale of 4847.34 crore from 4197.82 crore sales during the same period last fiscal.

The company said non-farm market for cigarettes, and have seen good results during the quarter, in addition to the witness segment hotels.

While cigarette sales have increased 12 per cent of their company for sale 2483.62 crore, non-cigarette FMCG segment division of packaged food and personal care products rose 32.2 per cent of the sale of 1001.38 crore.
