Microsoft's $8.5B Skype purchase gets antitrust approval

Microsoft's
Microsoft's proposed deal to buy $ 8.5 billion Skype has wonantitrust approval, announced the Federal Trade Commissiontoday.

News means that Microsoft is one step closer to completing the purchase of Skype, barring any other unforeseen problems.Microsoft previously said it plans to close the deal by the end ofSkype. Given Skype's recent string of outages, the past help Microsoft to video chat company, the better.

And if Microsoft can Skype architectural problems developed, it can start working on the integration of services, Xbox 360,Windows phone, and Office applications.

As I've written before, there is no doubt that the video chatcompany has a lot to beat Microsoft. For one, you do not need to worry much more of their income problems. Plus, Skype mayeventually bring more of its software developers in Poland - Recentupdates have added some great features like video chat group,but the software has also been slower and more difficult to use the process.
