Maruti has resumed Wagon R old version with LPG option. According to Shashank Srivastava, Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) Chief General Manager (Marketing), Maruti will be selling "Duo", and this variability will continue until the LPG variant of the new Wagon R is clear. "Duo" was sliding almost 20-22 percent of the total Wagon R sales is now as high as 12 000 units per month.
LPG variant of Wagon R Duo is priced at Rs 3.68 lakh (ex-showroom price in Delhi). Maruti R & D has begun to work for the installation of LPG in the new Wagon R, the blue eyes of the boy and LPG variants exist within this financial year itself.
Maruti is the urge to launch five models of its cars with CNG kits. The five models have a Wagon R, Alto, Eeco, sounds and SX4. Further, Maruti launching a 1000 cc variant of the Alto 04.08.Maruti is eager to promote their cars will run on cheaper and cleaner alternative fuels such as CNG and LPG.
