Sachin Tendulkar Becomes Most Capped Player In Tests


Sachin Tendulkar had little chance of one day of the third Test against Sri Lanka's influence when he was the most capped player story.

Indian legend, 37is making his and sixty ninth appearance of a continuous record of the former Australian captain Steve Waugh.

After winning the toss and batting, Sri Lanka middle order guided them to 293-4 at the end of Colombo.

Kumar Sangakkara top-captain scored with a fine 75, while 65 had Thilan Samaraweera not out tree stumps.

Tendulkar has many records in addition to his brand new Test caps, including the most Test centuries (48) and for the most Test runs (13,742).
