Microsoft gets antitrust approval to buy Skype

Microsoft has won approval from U.S. antitrust authorities to buyInternet phone service Skype, according to the Federal Trade Commission website posting Friday.

In May, Microsoft announced it was buying Skype for $8500000000, the largest of the acquisition, with a rich contributionto the mobile and Internet test and the best competitors like GoogleInc.

The approval was announced to deal with a list of attachments that come out several times a week.

Microsoft's interest in losing money, but a popular serviceemphasizes the need to get new customers to its Windows andOffice software. 145000000 Skype users are on average eachmonth and has gained favor among small businesses.
