The statement, TS, said: "We can confirm that the W8 Walkmanphone is available in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India,Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand andVietnam.Walkman branding and the legacy of earlier Walkmanphones are very strong in some markets, and therefore we decided to launch the phone in the market. "
W8 is not exactly stacked next-generation features. It is a low-res320x480 screen, 2.1 Android, and 3.2 megapixel camera aroundback. Better choices in the budget to get in the UK, includingSamsung and HTC Galaxy Mini is like fire, or Sony Ericsson cannot imagine your chances of many here in Blighty.
